Loved everything about our stay. The room was clean, the location was great and the communal facilities were excellent. Everything had been thought of with so many little touches that meant so much - handy sandwich boxes, food bags, foil etc. We were pleasantly surprised to receive extra coffee pods and fresh towels part way through our stay.

Situated in Flateyri, in a historic building, 21 km from Pollurinn Hot Spring, The Old Bookstore is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a garden and shared lounge. This is a hidden gem in heart of Flateyri. We spent there a romantic New Years Eve and we were more than amazed by this beautful experience. It is a family run bookstore/accommodation business for decades with nicely preserved antique interior. Host gave us a quick tour in the building. Kitchen was full of kitchenware, spices, sweets and food for breakfast. Lots of books, boardgames, guitar to play and so on. This is one of 2 best places in Vestfirdir for a romantic stay.

Hvammur 4 with private hot tub (Fagurgali) is set in Drangsnes. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The holiday home has a picnic area and a hot tub. Peaceful and serene, and we loved the hot tub!

Located in Kaldrananes, Hvammur 3 Hrakhólar with private hot tub offers an open-air bath, a garden and a barbecue. The property has river and garden views. The best accommodation we had on Iceland. Everything was perfect, very modern cottage! And private hot tub was the best after long days of driving. Totally recommend this place for accommodation 12/10.

Sunna's Guesthouse is located in Drangsnes and offers barbecue facilities. This guest house provides free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. simple but completely clean studio apartment with plenty of space for two people. It was warm and had a kitchen that was perfectly adequate to cook a meal. The bathroom was modern with a generously sized shower. There were two bathrobes as well as towels. It was quiet and with parking right outside. The house is up the hill from the harbour and it was a bit cold (snow everywhere) to walk to the hot pools on the shore so we took the car, but I would estimate a 10 min walk in summer.

Situated in Hólmavík in the West Iceland region, Beautiful house just 50 m from the sea features a patio and mountain views. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable with nice views into the harbour. Everything we needed was there and the host was extremely helpful.

Tangs is located in Ísafjörður. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.9 km from Pollurinn Hot Spring. Beautiful renewed appartment in the town center of Isafjordur. Walking distance to everything. Owners are very helping and gave us a visit to explain the history of the house.

Everything was perfect. Plenty of parking space. Extremely clean place. Everything is brand new. We had an amazing helpful and funny host, he replies immediately and sended us lots of updates about auroras, weather, etc. A modern and fully equipped guestroom with large kitchen, common and dinning area, living room area with boardgames, puzzles and extra comfy couches. Amenities and facilities are top notch. The guesthouse also has huge windows with the best views to the ocean. We slept really well. There is also a natural hot pool and hot tub right in front of the place, which is a nice vacation addition.

This self-catering accommodation is located in north-western Iceland, and features a garden and BBQ facilities. Free WiFi access is available. Everything was wonderful. I was able to do all my laundry and the host was very friendly and responsive to my messages. A great little home for the night.
