Rivendell Twisted Tree offered the perfect hideaway from Colombo. Being based in the middle of beautiful nature with a river passing, a nice pond and surrounded by palm trees, cows and peacock the release of stress starts immediately. To top this we got a massage, which was smoothly arranged for us. Absolutely relaxing and exactly what was needed for my parents after a long flight - definitely highly recommend to book it directly with your stay. Room, pool and food were excellent as well.

Situated close to town centre this one bedroom apartment is clean, tidy and spacious. The host was very helpful and will go above and beyond with Airport pick up, drop off and other travel needs. I was able to leave my luggage at the owners house while I was travelling. He also arranged some last minute bookings for travel as Uber was unreliable in the area.

The property itself is about 6km from the main road. Its so Isolated the aptly named the hideout. no vehical noices you only hear the birds. The caretaker and his wife were very friendly and made breakfast just way we liked. I would defintly go for another unforgettable stay.
