A really great place to recuperate after a long flight and break up journey from christchurch to Dunedin. Loved the stained glass windows. Exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing and you were even given a menu to select your choices. A cooked breakfast was also an option. We had breakfast in our room, which was a nice touch.

Amazing location! Peaceful and serene. No one around. An older cottage, but with modern facilities (fantastic bathroom, newer washer/dryer machines, comfy beds --enough for at least 4 people, probably more--, cozy living room with wood stove). Close enough to the 1 restaurant and 1 cafe/shop in Arthur's pass (1-minute drive), but away from the road so there's no traffic or other people. Great hosts with great communication.
