La Casa de los Patos is a recently renovated guest house in Valle de Anton, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace. Gees are the best. Very nice host, beautiful location

Offering inner courtyard views, La Casita de Don Daniel in Valle de Anton provides accommodation, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. With river views, this accommodation offers a patio. Great location right near the trail head of La India Dormida. The owner Ariel went out of his way to make us feel at home and make our travels easy. He is probably the most hospitable host we have ever encountered in our travels. He met us in town at the bus stop and offered to drop us off at the bus stop when we were leaving. He is very knowledgeable about the town and activities, and loves to share music and stories. The communal spaces are very homely, there is a big backyard space and a river alongside the property.

Situated in Río Hato, a few steps from Santa Clara Beach, Bed & Breakfast T.T provides air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. The hosts were lovely - very kind and attentive and happy to share some great recommendations. The b&b was simple but everything surpassed our expectations. The atmosphere was homey with a delicious homemade breakfast and all necessary amenities. The location was quaint, tucked away and private but with directaccesstothebeach. We would have loved to stay longer and would recommend it to everyone.

Casa India Dormida offers accommodations in two holiday homes. Each accommodation has a terrace with mountain view with seating furniture, and hammock, as well as a separate bathroom and kitchenette. One of the best places that we stayed. Very clean, good English speaking host, and nice view.

El Valle de Anton La Chachalaca is situated in Valle de Anton. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The rooms are fitted with a patio with garden views. it was remote and quiet. Maybe a bit far for some, but Iñmany will enjoy the privacy. Really nice to have a sitting room and kitchen with a private balcony and nothing in the view but trees.

Located in Valle de Anton, 45 km from Santa Clara, Casa Grimaldo provides a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The property was excellent. It has a very nice garden where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffe or a beer. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Set in Valle de Anton, 46 km from Santa Clara, DondeJosé offers free bikes and free WiFi. Location was excellent, with comfortable beds and all the required amenities in good working order. Perfect for our 3 night stay. It’s a 5 min walk to a good size supermarket, 15 mins to the main ‘downtown’ Avenida with restaurants and the mercado. 3 amazing hikes to the top of the ancient caldera, and the butterfly farm is a must see. We were able to park our car inside their gate, and the home is a 15 min walk to access one of the 3 primary hikes in the area, India Dormida. Jose and his partner, Liz, are wonderful hosts, and made us feel like family. The breakfast is simple and filling, and we could use their fridge and also made a meal or two using the kitchen facilities. Jose and Liz are gracious hosts and Jose is very witty. They made our time there a truly fun and memorable experience. Communication was excellent, in English and Spanish, despite my spouse and I having very limited Spanish language skills. Local knowledge, tips, and recommendations on things to do in the area were great and super appreciated. Finally, Jose joined us on one of our hikes and he made it super fun and interesting with his knowledge of local flora and fauna. Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Villa Botero By Casa Mojito is located in Santa Clara. Free WiFi access and free private parking are available. The breakfast was great and worth the price. The hosts were very friendly and nice. The location was quiet and within short walking distance to the beach. The room was super clean. Pool and common seating area were great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Set within a few steps of Farallon Beach and 400 metres of Santa Clara Beach, Togo B&B Farallon offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Playa Blanca. We booked one night, but ended up staying almost a week. The BnB has direct beach access with beach chairs available, at a very quiet spot on the beach. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The garden was beautiful. Breakfast was great. But the best part was the hosts and their pets. They are all very welcoming. The BnB is a 20-25 minute walk to the restaurants, but when you spend the day just laying around, the walk was very welcome. Bikes are for rent up the street though. Internet worked great and there were lots of boardgames available.
