The big patio and hammock overlooking the large garden were perfect for relaxing. Big, beautiful garden with many birds. The hot spring pool was huge and pretty and the temperature was perfect day and night. The house was sparkling clean. The bed and linens were clean and very comfortable. Owners were super friendly and helpful and were always instantly responsive over phone!

The owner of the place is super friendly and helpful. He let me use the bike, which made moving around the town much easier. Also, he took me to the bus stop to help catch the last bus for the day. The place was basic, but very clean. It's located very close to La India Dormida Trail.

Nastanitev El Valle de Anton La Chachalaca je v mestu Valle de Anton v regiji Cocle in nudi brezplačno zasebno parkirišče. The location was absolutely amazing. It was out of the town, so very quiet. The view was absolutely spectacular. We had high expectations and they were exceeded! I have stayed and worked in many locations in Central America, and I can honestly say that this place ranks high. The grounds and landscaping were gorgeous. The quiet, remote location was just to our liking, and the birding was great. Our hostess was tremendously helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed! We are avid birders, and racked up a good list right on the property and road, and greatly enjoyed the morning performance at the fruit feeders. In addition to birds, we saw several species of frogs and lizards, a porcupine, a possum, squirrels, and some really interesting insects. We wished we had three weeks instead of three days!

Set in Valle de Anton, 46 km from Santa Clara, DondeJosé offers free bikes and free WiFi. Location was excellent, with comfortable beds and all the required amenities in good working order. Perfect for our 3 night stay. It’s a 5 min walk to a good size supermarket, 15 mins to the main ‘downtown’ Avenida with restaurants and the mercado. 3 amazing hikes to the top of the ancient caldera, and the butterfly farm is a must see. We were able to park our car inside their gate, and the home is a 15 min walk to access one of the 3 primary hikes in the area, India Dormida. Jose and his partner, Liz, are wonderful hosts, and made us feel like family. The breakfast is simple and filling, and we could use their fridge and also made a meal or two using the kitchen facilities. Jose and Liz are gracious hosts and Jose is very witty. They made our time there a truly fun and memorable experience. Communication was excellent, in English and Spanish, despite my spouse and I having very limited Spanish language skills. Local knowledge, tips, and recommendations on things to do in the area were great and super appreciated. Finally, Jose joined us on one of our hikes and he made it super fun and interesting with his knowledge of local flora and fauna. Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Villa Botero By Casa Mojito is located in Santa Clara. Free WiFi access and free private parking are available. Beautiful place and peaceful. Clean and neat. We recommended to everybody we know. Owners are very nice.

It's a very small and beautiful little oasis. It's close to the beach (100 meters) and close to nice beach clubs, but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise of the beach clubs or by the noise of the big all you can eat and drink Decamerón hotel. The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable and the breakfast area is a perfect place for peace and quiet.
