The accommodation was perfect, very spacious, 2 bedrooms, an organised kitchen, living room, big terrace and the family who runs the place is great (especially Taia is always there for you with a smile when you need him). It's just 60-70 meters away from a small beach and the 3 wonderful dogs, especially Zenique.

I loved my stay here due to several reasons: the host, Hinano, is so wonderful. she is so kind and make me feel so at home. I appreciated her hospitality so much. The place is very clean, comfortable, and ideally situated near the marina, very convenient for diving. The other HUGE plus is having wifi in the bungalow and a bike and kayak at your disposal for no charge. I also enjoyed the privacy. Note that the picture shown first is not part of your space; it’s the lanai in her house, but she will welcome you to enjoy it with her and have a lovely chat. If I were to return to Rangiroa, I would definitely book here again.

Chez Guy, vue sur l'océan is situated in Tiputa and offers free bikes and a garden. The property has inner courtyard views. We expected our stay in Tiputa to be slightly off the beaten path - and it was, for the best of it! The property is at the "remote" end of the village, on the ocean shore - enjoy the noise of breakers during the night! First floor, nice view. No light pollution - enjoy the view of the Milky Way at night. Beyond the beauty of Rangiroa (expected), we were warmly welcome by the owner's family, who did everything to make us feel at home. Bread, butter, jam were offered for breakfast, and the "restaurant" they recommended was... the neighbor's yard, with 4 tables and a "beware of the dog" sign on the porch. The dog is nice and well-behaved, the cook very friendly and focused on healthy local dishes with fresh (garden-plucked) ingredients, which were outstanding (and more than decently priced)! Thank you for everything, this was a highlight of our vacation in Tahiti.

The host and their family were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful people. We would definitely recommend staying there. They also offer excursions. Rangiroa Cottage is situated in Avatoru and offers a garden and a bar. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Beautiful, quiet spot not far from Avatoru village. Easy bike ride (provided by host) to good restaurants - Chez Rua, Antoinette and a pizza wagon. Super lovable dog and cat, Kahlua and Meme (see pics) on property. Tauhere has done an amazing job on the space and the grounds.

Located in Avatoru, Rangi Pearl Lodge features free bikes, a garden and barbecue facilities. This holiday home provides free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The reception was warm and caring. When I left the lady who dropped me off to the airport gave me a flower necklace and I felt warm with this gift. The support in terms of tips and care was exceptional. They even have bikes available to use, which was my transport in the island. The place is ideal for solo traveler or a couple, is a studio with all you need and everything clean and modern.There are close restaurants and market but the beach is a bit faraway to go by bike.

Located in Tiputa in the Rangiroa region, Moana Breeze Eco Lodge features a patio. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We loved our stay at Moana Eco Breeze. The apartment in a typical Polynesian style house was nicely decorated, had a good fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and nice terrace overlooking the garden to relax on. The excellent internet in such a remote location was a nice surprise and we enjoyed going around the small island on the free bicycles. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We had dinner at the property one night and the food was excellent. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this place!

LE FARE BLEU Tiputa Rangiroa is a recently renovated homestay in Tiputa, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden. The pension is new, clean and beautiful. It’s right in front of the beach, it has very comfy sun beds to sit and relax outside and a big table to enjoy the meals. The area is calm and simply wonderful and the lagoon in front is like a pool. We took the kayak twice and explored around (it’s free), and we also used the bicycles taking them with us to the other side via the taxi boat. There are small exotic fishes and even saw a couple of small sharks at dusk. Emanuelle is a lovely person and a great host. Chloe the dog is sweet and there are also 2 cute cats moving discreetly around. Emanuelle suggested us things to do, like a great excursion and helped me out a lot when I got an ear infection. I could not ask for more from a host. If you want to enjoy Rangiroa at your own pace, take in the beauty of the place and leave stress behind this is the place. Thank you for everything!

Set in Avatoru in the Rangiroa region, Farehani 2 features a garden. This apartment offers free private parking, private check-in and check-out and free WiFi. Spotless clean bungalow, well equipped kitchen, central location in the middle of the atoll. Ann met me at the airport, showed me around and even left some food (I arrived on Sunday and shops were already closed). I would stay again.

Pension Tiputa Lodge Rangiroa offers rooms with free WiFi in Tiputa, conveniently set 1.5 km from Tiputa Pass and village centre. With a private beach area, the property also has free bikes. We spent some time at tiputa lodge, which is a perfect place to relax and be away from the crowds. The quite new house is divided into the part where Henry lives and the flat, which he rents out, so one is the only guest. The apartment is beautifully furnished and is designed to perfection. We found ourselves mostly sitting outside on the terrace overlooking the lagoon. It is a nice place to snorkel and swim and I also went out on the Kajak provided. There are also deckchairs at the water. You have two bikes to explore the islands.The internet is superfast and reliant. Henry makes a great breakfast, we loved all the coconut breads, cakes and the best sweet coconut water. Also he makes very nice joghurt. At night he would pick up something from the snack for us or drive us to a small restaurant and come to pick us up to bring us back. (He did not advice to bike at night because of the dogs). We had a lovely time at Henry, we shared his passion for diving and we can recommend Tiputa lodge 100%
