I was a bit worried as the hotel is by a main road, but I had a room at the back which was silent at night, with none of the ambient noise you get in big chain hotels, so I had a wonderful night's sleep. Nice Alpine-style design, spacious bed and room, caring host, free parking. It's a 25 minute walk into the centre of Maribor, but it's a pleasant walk, especially if you walk back along the river.

Probably one of the best places we've stayed in, if not the best. Aside from the great location and environment, Andrej definitely made the difference. He's extremely kind and communicative, always busy but never backing down from having a chat with his hosts or helping them if needed. You can see the passion he's putting into this adventure, and we wish him all the best for it!

Svetla stavba nastanitve Panorama B&B je obdana s prostrano zeleno površino z lesenimi klopmi ter ponuja brezplačen WiFi, satelitsko LCD TV in teraso. The Panorama B and B was a sheer delight! The family is absolutely the key to this place. They respond to every question with an interest in the guest, they have the grounds and rooms immaculately maintained, and they speak many languages between them. You feel at home! The breakfast offers everything the guest would want. And the location! the hilltop perch is surrounded with gardens and lawns so you feel like you're miles out of the town yet the view is spectacular. We loved our short stay and would return tomorrow if possible. Thank you for your hospitality!

Penzion Črni Baron se nahaja samo 1 km iz središča Maribora, v Malečniku, 20 m od avtobusne postaje. A warm and friendly welcome. Owners and staff were lovely Room was spacious, clean with comfortable bed, huge tv with english films and aircon, complimentary water in fridge. Bathroom was lovely with large shower and constant hot water. Restaurant food was delicious and plentiful. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am so as we were leaving early they made us a breakfast to go. Would definitely recommend and will be on my list to stop again when travelling through

The room was very cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable. The owner was helpful with everything we needed. We came with a small dog and not only we didn't need to pay extra, but he got a lot of goodies for free. We are very grateful and we absolutely recommend this place.

Very nice and lovely! Breakfast was also very good! Free parking, too! The apartment seemed very new and super duper clean! Would love to stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious and equiped with almost everything we needed. We even had a balcony and a big terrace.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. They upgraded us to a larger room for free. We travelled by an electric car and managed to charge there for free. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee - the best coffee we ever had in a hotel with the free breakfast. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the old town in a quiet neighbourhood. We loved our stay.
