A terrace or patio are featured in certain rooms. When in Nungwi, this is the place to be! I stayed there for a week and it was still way to short. I could stay there forever. The minute you arrive, this place feels like home. The atmosphere there is just amazing. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, to party places or to amazing local restaurants. Everything is so close. But it is still a very quiet place, so you can get a very good sleep. Staff is so friendly and will help you with everything. Breakfast is amazing. And I also highly recommend to try the BBQ party they organize twice a week.

The hotel is very conveniently located and it is very close to the beach. The owner Selchuk is a great local guide. He informs you about all the attractions. The breakfast they serve is also very good. The rooms are very large too.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 2.7 km from Kendwa Beach. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Really nice room, comfy, spacious, clean, well decorated, and good mosquito nets. Delicious and varied breakfast (homemade jam super delicious). Zuzana (owner) is super nice and gave good suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The house is in a less touristy area (super safe) and even if it is not beach front, it is super easy to access the beach (1 minute walk).

All units come with a terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and/or dining area. At the villa complex, all units have bed linen and towels. Excellent hotel -like service. The villa is very new and all amenities are available. The decor is very African vibe. Pool gets cleaned every day and the staff are very welcoming.

Boasting a balcony with pool views, water sports facilities and an outdoor swimming pool, Boutique Villa Unaweza can be found in Matemwe, close to Matemwe Beach and 2.7 km from Pwani Mchangani Beach. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff are sweet and very friendly. They decorated our room for our honeymoon and we even received a free bottle of champagne. The pool was always clean and the facilities around it as well. You’re very short walk from the beach and can walk to local shops if you seek some variety . We had a problem with our water but that was fixed once we had brought up the problem with management. Overall I have nothing to fault them for. Thanks again for the lovely service.

A few steps from Jambiani Beach, Olamanga Beach Villa is a recently renovated property situated in Jambiani and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. The property was built in 2023 and has accommodation with a patio. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We loved everything! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with lot of privacy. The esthetic is very cozy. Breakfast is all homemade and abundant. The restaurant has delicious food (best we had in the area) and the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Everything was solved easily (taxi, excursions, ice...). Highly recommended!

It is situated 2.3 km from Bwejuu Beach and features a tour desk. Karibu House is a great place to stay in Paje: it is close to the beach and you'll have probably the best hosts you can wish for. The breakfast is excellent, the hosts are always approachable and available, and the rooms are cozy. You are exactly in the middle from the beach and the main road, so everything is very close. It's definitely a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, and welcoming place.

Kuwa Zanzibar offers a terrace. Wonderful facilities. Amazing staff of the property. From the moment we arrived, we felt well looked after. Gloria, Emanuel, and Ester served us with a smile every day. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt relaxed every day of our 17-night stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was cleaned immpecably daily. The owners should be very proud of what they have created. This was our first visit to Zanzibar, and hopefully, it will not be the last. We love small establishments like this, and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. We needed to relax and that was delivered. I do hope that as time progresses that Kuwa does not lose its African charm. It will stay in our hearts for a very long time. Love you all. Martyn & Helen
