There is a real sense of hard work, near genius vision, love and an ability to laugh with unguarded ease.

Summit Villa BnB in Watkins provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. The hosts were super friendly. The house is amazing and roomy. The views of the countryside are beautiful. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The hosts were very nice, and the check in/out process simple and easygoing. The location is quiet, safe, and easy to find.

The Lavendar bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable mattress. Brenda is so down to earth and easy to talk with and we felt very comfortable and welcomed into her home. Breakfast was yummy--especially the apple crisp in cute little iron skillets! What a special touch! We would definitely stay there again!

I found the B & B by accident while searching the map on the booking.com website. I randomly picked places outside of Durango to look at. I am so very happy I found the B & B. The staff is so friendly and competent. My room was delightful.

Everything was just perfect, starting with the welcome, the rooms, the food (best steaks we had for a very long time, many things freshly home-made), great wine selection, top-notch breakfast. And all of this at a price, which is more than fair. We were truly impressed of what Sandra and Frank have established and can only congratulate them to this beautiful ranch.
