The view from the room was stunning. The beds were so amazingly soft and comfortable! We had to check in late and although the desk was already closed for the day, they left a letter on the door for us with our key code and asked us to check in in the morning. The room was huge compared to other hotel-type places we've stayed at. It's very close to the West Glacier entrance and the place also had a gift shop. It was convenient because the stores in the park were closed for winter. They had a community area with a kitchen, tables and a fireplacd. I might have misread some stuff because I expected to have access to a kitchen. We brought food to cook. There was a fee to use the kitchen but they graciously allowed us to use the utensils for free. It was nice to have the whole lodge to ourselves. We think we were the only people there.
