Beautiful decor, just like the pictures. Nice lighting. Very quiet in the night, as it's tucked away from the main street. A lot of cafes and eateries nearby. Washing machine was great, they sell detergent at the reception. The city view was pretty decent, you can see a small part of the lake (from the room on 7th floor). Good kitchen supplies, we were able to cook for a few days, mostly boiled stuff (non-stick pan was not there) and salads. No mold smell, good water pressure. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment in Hanoi. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was great for 4 people. The whole apartment was quite big, there was even a washing machine and balcony. You are situated just next to West Lake, but still pretty close to the old quarter.
