Tu Tu and her family are the kindest hosts I have ever had, they went beyond what you could ever expect. Tu Tu helped me before I even arrived with booking tours for me and was so friendly I felt like I was turning up to a friend before I met her. Her and her husband picked me up and dropped me off in the early hours no questions and on my last evening when I had gone to meet some people from my trekking tour it started to rain. Tu Tu found out where I was and dropped off a rain jacket because she didn't want me to get wet. The thoughtfulness of this family was incredible. Food is also made fresh and the pool is lovely. My room was big and clean and felt like heaven after the jungle trek. They also had the best free bikes I've seen for you to use. You won't regret picking this homestay.

Phong Nha Magic Fingers Homestay and Spa offers spa facilities and wellness packages, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Phong Nha. We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

Set in Dong Hoi, Lena Homestay & Villa offers beachfront accommodation 1.3 km from Nhat Le Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden and a shared lounge. Everything about Lena Homestay was great. Easy check-in. Clean room. Good hot shower and air conditioning. We even had parking available for free. It’s close to the riverfront and there are many good restaurants literally steps away from the front entrance. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Dong Hoi area.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Phong Nha, The Hill Villas is a homestay surrounded by views of the lake. Very nice place to stay. Our host was very friendly helping us with daytrips and local suggestions. Would stay here again and can absolutely recommend it

Great view with the balcony set up. Owners were brilliant. We arrived at 5am and they let us chill out in the reception area where we had a quick snooze & they had our room ready by 7:30am. They are dropped us to our bus the morning we were leaving

Located in Phong Nha in the Quang Binh region, Phong Nha Tuan Garden House features accommodation with access to a public bath. Tuan’s garden house was the best place I have stayed in Vietnam so far! The family are so welcoming and kind and they helped organize everything, from picking us up when we arrived and dropping us off when we left, to a whole range of fun activities organised easily for us. The food in the family restaurant is the best I’ve had in Vietnam - would definitely recommend the eggplant taste and the banana pancakes for breakfast are to die for. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Phong Nha Green Homestay in Phong Nha provides accommodation with a bar and a shared lounge. This homestay has a rooftop pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Exceptional value. We had the family room for our family of four which was new, clean and very comfortable. Views were amazing from our room with easy access to the lovely pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent with ATM and minimart across the road and bakery next door.

The family is absolutely adorable and fantastic hosts! They offered a lot of help with planning our trip around Phong Nha on a budget, organized pick-ups, onward bus tickets, and even brought us to the bus stop. They are super friendly and very well organized. Thank you for everything 🫶 The rooms are charming, have hot water, are nicely decorated and super clean (by far the cleanest accomodation we had so far in Vietnam). The location is a 5-10 min walk away from the centre but that guarantees great sleep and a lot of relaxation.

With pool views, this accommodation offers a patio.... I liked the environment of the place. If you are looking for a relaxing place, karst is best because it is away from the peak tourist hotels in phong nha.

Set in Phong Nha, Son River Homestay offers accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. Comfortable room and bed, nice views overlooking the river. The owners recommended a company with which we did one of the cave tours and we really enjoyed it.
