Great value for a dune camp-you will pay a lot more for a similar experience, but you will miss out on Said's generous hospitality. The free pickup from the meeting point was greatly appreciated, as I only had a 2WD sedan. Said offers coffee, tea & dates all day, and was always available for a friendly chat. At night, he turns the camp lights off so you can lounge under the stars. The dinner package was delicious, and I assume breakfast was as well, but I brought my own. Before staying, you must know that dune camps involve a certain degree of rustic atmosphere (tents, bathroom stalls), so if you are looking for hotel luxury, then book a place for 10x the price (and it might be similar, anyway). If you want a memorable dune experience with a host who provides a warm welcome and honest value, book here!

They only have 5 tents isolated from the town, which makes for a more quiet and secluded experience. Dinner was delicious and breakfast much beyond our expectations. Service was impeccable and Faiz was extremely attentive, nice and polite. He truly cares for every single guest and makes sure that you have all that you need. He even stopped to show us a couple of baby camels on our way back to town.

Amaizing location with wonderful sand hills. The accomodation was faboulous, clean and the staff very nice and available at each time. The food was excellent (buffet for breakfast and dinner). Many activities : sand slides, rides, walking, night animations We really appreciate our 2 nights in the camp (family with 2 kids)

Wonderful experience. Said and his time were incredibly warm and eager to share the desert / omani culture with their guests. Truly went extra mile to ensure we could try fresh dates, camel milk amongst other food items! Dinner / breakfast were decent, tents were comfortable. Experience felt very close to nature / omani people compared to other camps we passed by. Our desert tour was wonderful, passing by Bedouin people and many camels!

+ + It was simply perfect. + Best camp. Only tents. New. Clean. Quiet place. Fantastic food. Very nice and friendly host. Go there don't hesitate. My best choice in Oman. I planed to spend a night but stayed for longer. I have seen all other camps this one was best. if you look for peace in the desert or plan to go across the desert they will help. - no thanks
