Maghanap ng mga campsite sa Crete

10 metro lang mula sa mabuhanging beach ng Mysiria at tatlong kilometro naman mula sa Rethymno Town kasama ang Venetian Harbour nito, nag-aalok ang Camping Elizabeth ng taverna, snack bar, at libreng... Just a few metres from Nopigia Beach in Chania, Camping Nopigia features a pool with a children’s section, a furnished sun terrace and a poolside snack bar. The campsite is very quiet and in a calm forest right next to the sea. You can hear the waves breaking on the shore. My tent was spacious and provided with a comfy mattress, blankets and two pillows. There is a table and chairs for each tent. The fridge was great as you can keep your drinks cool and some provisions for breakfast etc. That said the little taverna on the campsite was great and I ate dinner there most evenings watching the sun set across Kissamos Bay. Alex and his parents were lovely hosts who couldn't do enough for guests. Kristos the summer help was also friendly and helpful. There are 3 other places to eat within walking distance of the campsite in Nopigia. All were good. The location is great because with a car you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the campsite but every day explore the incredible beaches. My favourite was Kedrodasos but Falassarna is also very beautiful if more developed.I did go on a boat trip to Balos beach and Gramvousa. They are stunning but crowded with tourists. Also worth visiting is Elafonisi with its pink sand. To get to most of these places you will need to drive through the mountains. This might not be for everyone as the driving is quite challenging. I also went on a one-day trip to Knossos and Heraklion. This was also a great opportunity to see the Minoan palace but there are crowds of people there. Both the boat trip and the bus trip to Knossos were organised through Balos Travel agent who have an office on the main street in Kissamos.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Bungalows Panstel in Kerames Rethymno is located in Agia Paraskevi, 1.3 km from Agia Fotia Beach and 2.4 km from Katsouni Beach. The location was simply breathtaking - surrounded by nature, complete silence, and tranquility. Like an escape from the chaos of everyday life :) The owners were fantastic, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A short walk through a small jungle, you can find a beach where you can watch the sunset. Perfect to visit (by car) nearby beaches like Preveli Beach, Matala Beach and Red Beach. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recharge their batteries and reconnect with nature. The views alone are worth the trip!

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Camping Chania is located in Aghii Apostoli Village. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. everything was nice, clean and the staff was really friendly

Quietly located next to Drapanias beach, Camping Mithimna offers tents with free Wi-Fi surrounded by a tree-filled garden. It features a restaurant and bar. Everything! Beautiful location on the beach, shaded campsite, wonderful family owners, warm and inviting atmosphere. The Taverna food is incredible.

Boasting a patio with pool views, an infinity pool and a garden, Happy Glamping can be found in Kalamaki Heraklion, close to Kalamaki Beach and less than 1 km from Afratia Beach. Very friendly host, ready to provide support. Clean environment. Good for a family of 4. Secure environment.

Offering a restaurant and a children's playground, Camping Paleochora is in Palaiochora Town, just a few metres from the beach. It features tents and free WiFi access in public areas. The best camping with the best staff.
