The location was wonderful. All rooms have an unobstructed view to the beautiful landscape. The common areas are spacious and beautiful and perfect for relaxation. The staff was tremendous. The food was top notch. We booked a guided Sossusvlei tour, and we felt incredibly lucky to have such a knowledgeable and service minded guide as Natangwe. He really made our experience mind blowing and fun. We considered doing a self drive, but are glad we decided to go on a guided tour. I went for a sunset horse ride as a total beginner. Thanks to the great horse trainer and TK who arranged the sunset experience (and the fact that I was the only one attending) this became another highlight of the stay. It is about 30 minutes from the gate. This turned out to be no problem at all.

There was nothing not to like starting from heart-warming reception, and throughout our stay during which we were the only couple in the property, who were kindly assisted by some 20 staff members. This was just our luck to visit the place on weekdays and during lower season, thus we had an absolute privacy. Only us and nature! The chalets, restaurant, viewing terraces, and the pools areas were spotlessly clean, well designed, and professionally served. Great experience!

the views here are just stunning. The bungalows are well maintained, comfortable beds, clean and we enjoyed the little patio with BBQ, outside kitchen and fridge. The pool and bar area also offer a beautiful view. The pool is quite cold, but we got used to it as no pools in Namibia or Botswana seemed to be heated. good for a cold plunge!

nicely designed, inside the park, close to its own small dune, easy to drive to Sesriem canyon and Namib sky balloon and the entire staff was very friendly and provides amazing services

Vi hade sådan tur att vi kunde boka ställets bästa stuga, en juniorsvit med egen avsvalnings pool på verandan. En riktig lägenhet med alla faciliteter man kan begära. Poolen. kom verkligen till nytta då det var 40 - 42 grader varmt på eftermiddagarna. Sen fantastisk frukost och härliga middagar, vid dessa får man välja mat från olika stationer, kött, fisk, vegetariskt, asiatiskt, som lagas medan man väntar. Personalen väldigt hjälpsam och på stället finns en egen aktivitetsförmedling där man också kan få tips om aktiviteter på egen hand. Kort sagt ett ställe som har allt!
