It’s completely build out of natural materials and with old technics. Also, it feels like a perfect mix between nature and comfort. We loved, that it’s embedded by the lovingly tendered garden. The staff and owner are amazing and always helpful!

The host was absolutely amazing, greeted us with fresh juice and huge smile, explained everything, helped us rent bikes and settle in. The host keeps a lot of domestic animals that are of course away from the visitor but was kind enough to let us see and pet them! IT WAS AWSOME! Close to the center, well connected shops nearby and most importantly all the apartments are located in the beautiful garden filled with flowers. The hosts even threw a romantic barbeque for us with candles and even served us a huge fruit platter as dessert! In love with this place!

super charming cabanas with exceptional service. the manager Susila and her colleague Sara were really exceptional, very welcoming and accommodating. they offered us welcome drinks when we got there. they also provide beach towels and parasols to take to the beach at no extra charge.

We may have been there at an unfortunate time, as there was work being done outside the residence, but it wasn't able to ruin our stay. The house is extremely pretty, and comfortable, the stairs are steep but our young son managed perfectly. The best part of the stay was the owner, he truly wears his heart on his sleeve, he is extremely kind and helpful. The first night we arrived, completely unprepared, he took out the barbecue for us and lent us his coal, as well as basicaly cooking it for us. Another night, he had prepared a local dish for us, which was a delightful surprise, and such a lovely gesture, as well as bringing us a lovely fresh fish, and freshly plucked bananas in the morning. The other staff was also extremely freindly and welcoming. If I could give more stars on the staff, I would. I really recommend this residency for family trips and more.

Everything was perfect! As everyone has already mentioned, the breakfast is very hearty and delicious. The room is spotless and is cleaned daily. The cooking corner is well equipped. The staff could not be friendlier! Always available and happy to help. They made our stay very special. Many thanks for the very early breakfast they arranged for us on the departure day. Highly recommended place to stay on La Digue and I guess one of the best price-wise.

The property was large and super clean (and kept clean every day). The staff were the nicest and most accommodating people. They made sure we had everything we needed and that we felt comfortable and relaxed. The chalet itself was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside with a drink at the end of the day. The location was ideal - right opposite a lovely beach and close to the restaurants in town. Le Surmer also offers food and we tried the beach bbq which was delicious. The staff really went above and beyond to make us comfortable. La Digue really is the most perfect little tropical island.

Amazing forest villa and amazing staff. Owner lady Was very responsible and really adore what she does. ALL details of the villa and attention to the details that makes your stay really comfortable. Good kitchen and separated bedroom. Very nice and comfortable bathroom Villa location is not far from the vessel and park vallei de mai. You may comfortable sleep in the bed and stay comfort at this villa after lomg walks. Highly recommend!
