Situated in El Castillo de la Fortuna in the Alajuela region with Arenal Eco Zoo nearby, Vulkan Arenal Amazing View Lodge 4 WD offers accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to spa... We loved almost everything about this place. We were looking for somewhere quiet and secluded with amazing views. And we couldn’t have found anywhere better on all three counts. Idyllic.

Essence Arenal is an ecological hotel surrounded by Tropical Forest that offers a wellness center to tourists, it is surrounded by gardens and beautiful views of Lake Arenal, the Arenal Volcano and... The location is absolutely stunning. I liked my tent and I loved breakfast. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. A walk around the permaculture holds better views than many national parks I visited. Will definitely return.

Rancho Margot is more than a hotel, it's a community and an sustainable project. For us it was truly an inspiring experience as we could witness first-hand the challenges and rewards that living off-the-grid entail. Rancho Margot's team has accomplished plenty like regenerating a portion of the forest and they invite you to learn about their sustainability practices through their tours and experiences. You can also just enjoy nature, take a hike or swim on their natural pools. It's secluded for a good reason, and we didn't have any reason to leave. We stayed 3 nights but would love to come back!

Boasting a hot tub, Love Cabin - Arenal Volcano & Lake views is situated in El Fosforo. Guests can benefit from a balcony and a picnic area. The views were wonderful, just what we needed. The lake really brought some peace for us. Being able to enjoy some of the tourist attractions and returning to the quiet open spaces of the love cabin was very special for us. The cabin provided plenty of room for us. We enjoyed our mornings on the deck and had great views of the volcano daily. Definitely a place we will return to
