This is an absolutely beautiful location in a quiet part of Cahuita. We were looking forward to be surrounded by nature and we loved every minute of it. The gorgeous garden, our extremely knowledgeable host (seriously, let him guide you!), waking up to birds singing and the baboons howling. Definitely our favourite spot in Costa Rica. Satta Lodge offers you a unique experience in the heart of the Caribbean jungle and 700m from Cocles beach. Loved waking up with nature sounds and be surrounded by nature all the time. The swimming pool and restaurant area is gorgeous and the rooms and also beautiful and well equipped. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful which made our stay great, specially were also super grateful that we were allowed to do a late checkout. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Lots of hummingbirds, a raccoon came between 10am and 11, and a family of Capuchin monkeys came every day around 2pm. It was a lot of fun to watch them.
