Bohužel jsme zůstali jen přes jednu noc. Přijeli jsme večer a odjeli brzo ráno. Je to škoda, protože bungalov byl naprosto neskutečný s překrásným výhledem! Příště bychom se ubytovali znova a na delší dobu. Do města jsme šli pešky večer a nebylo to daleko. Recepční nám poskytla vyčerpávající informace. Dala nám mapku a vysvětlila několik možností, co Monteverde nabízí. Pokoj byl velmi čistý a prostorný.

Tarcoles Birding Lodge se může pochlubit výhledem na moře a nabízí venkovní bazén, zahradu a terasu. Parque Marino del Pacifico se nachází přibližně 46 km odtud. Exceeded expectations! The stand alone suite/cabins are brand new, beautifully designed, very spacious. Grounds are nice, amazing views to the ocean, lots of birds, a lookout tower, pool, restaurant for an excellent optional breakfast. Really reasonable prices. For dinner the Cerro Lodge is very close. Birds right outside my door.

Selvatura Adventure Park se nachází přibližně 5,8 km odtud. just about everything was superb. The house is very ample, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, excellent layout with a homely and comfortable living area. The house has more than you can possible use on a short visit including BBQ and washing machine with everything needed for their use. The gardens are nicely landscaped and the location is absolutely amazing. on the top of a hill, surrounded by vegetation and the views to the surrounding valleys, Pacific Ocean and islands is breathtaking. The house was takes full advantage of the views with the bedrooms and living room facing them with huge windows and a lovely terrace to sit on and enjoy. By far our best accommodation in Costa Rica.

La Muñequita Lodge 1 - culture & nature experience se nachází v destinaci Palmar Norte v oblasti Puntarenas a poskytuje balkon a výhled na řeku. The property is located in a beautiful wooded area full of birds.The Cabina was clean ,simple and rustic, with two balconies,and a kitchen area down stairs. Our hosts, Hynar and Jenny were very informative and accommodating, We hope to see them on our next trip.

El Pulpo Safari Lodge se nachází v destinaci Ojochal a nabízí zahradu a terasu. Tortuga se nachází 2,4 km daleko a Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary 29 km. The staff were kind and flexible towards my needs as a guest. All of the shared facilities were clean and useful.

I literally gasped once we got out of the car and saw the view of the jungle leading down to the ocean and watched the folks who came to stay after we arrived to the same. Waking up to howler monkeys and bird calls every morning was so special. Having a kitchen to cook in was great. The beds were comfy. The shower was hot. The hammock on each lanai was inviting and wonderful place to while away the hours but could also be moved aside to do yoga on a borrowed mat. The hospitality of the new owners is phenomenal! They were very welcoming, accessible but not intrusive, knowledgeable about the area and enthusiastic about helping guests plan outings. Sid's breakfasts are not to be missed and neither are his cocktails, if you are so inclined. I recommend the jungle juice while watching a spectacular sunset from the deck, but I heard a lot of raves about the margaritas as well. He joked that he was also the valet because he frequently rearranged cars for folks in the tight parking spots when they needed to get out or get in. Michaelynn was amazing, warm, helpful and funny. My husband was laid up with debilitating sciatica most of our stay and she made calls to get someone to come up and give him a massage as well as finding out what meds from the farmacia would help him.  I had big plans for adventures out, but honestly spent most of our four days there on the property and never felt I was missing out because it was so magical there. I felt like we all became family after a short time. We are alreay look forward to our next visit! PS. If you are looking for a luxury resort experience, keep looking because this is not that.

Tityra Lodge se nachází v destinaci Monteverde Costa Rica a nabízí restauraci a výhled na hory. Sky Adventures Monteverde se nachází 3,9 km daleko a Selvatura Adventure Park 6 km. This is the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. Nothing fancy or luxurious but amazingly cozy, in a beautiful place. Cabin was cleverly designed with a roof that opens up to be a rain cover for a large balcony.
