There is delivery to the property which is convenient . Security is always around and helpful The owner is very helpful, he shared a ton of locations, google maps links to facilitate the stay, he was always available when we had a question The property is very convenient for a family due to having 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

The kitchen was fully prepared to cook or heat our food, beds were comfy with clean sheets, clean towels were available, the view was absolutely charming easy access to all pools available at the community, last but not least our host was very friendly and welcoming.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the chalet. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. Mr.Yehia was super helpful and very responsive. He drove all the way the night before just to make sure everything was ready for us. The unit was very clean and equipped with all the facilities required. Check in and out was amazing. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and the resort facilities. For sure we will visit again soon.
