Such a lovely place with really friendly owner who made sure our stay was comfortable and he also arranged us a great and funny guide called Sagara for Sinharaja Forest. We got to stay in the newly built hut and the room was clean and very comfortable. Best part was the private terrace with an amazing view to the rice field and the forest. Also the food we had here was great. The surrounding of this place is beautiful and quiet, also with lots of birds to see. All in all a great stay, bohoma stuthi! I will definitely come back!

Our host went above and beyond to ensure it was an unforgettable occasion, adding a personal touch that truly made me feel special. Without a doubt, if I ever find myself in Sri Lanka again, Charming Dark Lodge will be my first choice for accommodation.
