Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. Very clean, cozy, good location. The gardens looked perfect, they are doing a great job do keep the facilities gorgeous. Tongariro alpine Crossing 50 km away, for those in for fishing Tongariro river is just behind the corner as you simply get out from the lodge there.

Offering panoramic views of Lake Taupo, the luxurious self catering apartments at Baycrest Thermal Lodge feature free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The shores of Lake Taupo are only 100 meters away. The room was excellent having all the required amenities and most of the facilities were quite modern. We loved the thermal pool and it allowed us to relax after a busy day out. The bed was very comfortable and we recommend this property highly!

Boasting mountain views, Whakaipo Bay Cabin Retreat Taupo features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 32 km from Orakei Korako Cave and Thermal Park. We cooked our own food and everything we needed for that was available. We loved the privacy and the whole space was just so comfortable I could have stayed for a week!

Honestly, this is the best booking I've ever experienced. Comes with access to 8 acres of land, homemade bread & cookies, and fresh eggs. The room is lovely and Allie was really nice to introduce us to her sheep and chicken.

Wow wow wow, this is an amazing property, with upstairs living area. Which has superb views of the lake, and hills surrounding it, the property is modern and spacious and superb kitchen , we decided to eat in each night as this property was so good with great views, . Bedrooms lovely, shower good, and plenty of parking,

The owners, Garth & Angie went beyond the call to make our stay memorable & easy to highly recommend from the welcome, to the pre dinner drinks & canapes, the sharing of local knowledge & the beautifully presented, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was 10/10 using locally sourced high quality products. The coffee also got a gold star.
