The owners were super friendly and accommodating and their dog is super sweet. The accommodation is impeccable. So clean and designed beautifully. The grounds are like a Moroccan dream meets Bali paradise. I will be back for sure!

The staff were all so kind and welcoming it went beyond our expectations. we travelled with our 2 year old son and they even provided high chairs and plastic cutlery for the breakfast. Also it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! Would definitely come back.

Excellent location, remote while being close enough to amenities that getting supplies isn't an issue. The space allotted for the accommodation is plentiful, and distant enough from the other plots that you aren’t disturbed by others. The hosts were accessible, friendly, and informative. I would absolutely stay again if I'm in that region.

Cal Velho - Holiday Lodge ligger ca. 20 km fra Sao Clemente Fort og har pooludsigt samt ferieboliger med balkon. I really needed to get away from the stress of work and modern society in general and boy did this property help me find that inner peace again. Cal Velho is really out in the middle of nowhere, with a terrace facing east that allows you to enjoy the magic sunrises in the best possible manner. The silence allows you to focus on yourself and the trails that fan out from the sides of the house allow you to discover the landscape along the rolling hills. The owner allowed me to check in quite earlier than usual, as she had had no guests from the previous day. This was highly appreciated, as it ensured none of my food got spoiled in the transfer from the previous location. Thanks for the help with this detail!
