Everything was perfect, room, food and service overall. Great attention to detail. In example upon arrival hot water kettle in the room was filled with water. So just a matter of switching "on" when wanting to make hot drinks. Comfortable large bed and balcony.

Unique lodge with great staff I booked online through booking.com but I didn’t except that the lodge will be nice like that and I found that this lodge has 5* service, it truly was overwhelming with how kind and courteous every single staff member I encountered. From the reception staff, to all staff to the lodge. Very attentive touch that was. The beds were so comfortable! I would highly recommend staying before, during or after your safari or staying all together while you are in Arusha!

We stayed at Villa Arumeru for one night after completing a 3 day safari. The grounds and the hotel itself were beautiful, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. We had a sometimes cranky toddler with us and throughout the stay they did all they could to cheer him up. Prior to our stay, they reached out to change our rooms to better accommodate our group, and the change was perfect, complete with a shared balcony with a view of Mt Meru. The food at the restaurant was great, and it was the perfect respite spot after three days driving all over the parks. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Arusha!

Meals were served home style and delicious. We enjoyed having tea and soda in the outdoor bar each evening. Edith has literally built the property and gardens with her own two hands and her pride shows and it is well justified. The views of Mt. Meru are as memorable as the warm welcome you receive from Edith and her staff. Give Kilimanjaro Eco Lodge a try if you are staying near Arusha before or after a safari.

Dengan pemandangan gunung, Sanna Eco Lodge terletak di Arusha dan mempunyai restoran, khidmat concierge, bar, taman, kolam renang luaran sepanjang tahun dan teres. The rooms are clean and confortable, with a lush green window view. The staff are nice. Anitha changed a room for me, took my belongings there, and folded up my clothes while I was out. It makes me feel at home, and reminds me of my mother who often tidied up my room and folded up my clothes when i was a teenager. Appreciate it.
