The nearest airport is Kuro Airstrip, 30 km from Baobab Tented Camp, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. the staff at baobab tented camp are delightful. they looked after us so, so well. the camp is beautiful. the tents are incredibly comfortable and luxurious. the food is exceptional and the lunch boxes are very good. the camp is deep in the tarangire park which means it’s off the beaten track- this is a bonus. we saw elephants while eating dinner - this was unexpected and amazing. thank you so so much for a truly memorable stay in a very special location. we saw many elephants, zebra, giraffe, dik dik & on our final morning a pride of lions which had killed a zebra. amazing. unbeatable.
