The entire resort was a "10," as I expected it to be since it's the Ritz Carlton! I asked for an upgrade, and they happily upgraded me for almost double my initial reservation. I found the business side of the vacation frustrating and a little shady. I was promised select upgrades for being on the concierge floor, which I only got because I complained bitterly. I was asked if I wanted the same seating every day, but on multiple occasions, my seating was given away to someone else. I was told I had select seating at the pool, and the seating was the worst seat on the beach. Lastly, I was told my resort fees were not going to be charged to me since I paid for this big upgrade, but I was charged about $101 additional each day. I had to get management involved to compromise and split the difference between them.

It was small, lovely, comfortable and not "resorty"... I just appreciated not having so many people everywhere. The place was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was different than what I expected (traditional american breakfast) but very nice and very fresh!

I personally didn’t care for that beach, it isn’t one of the ones where you can look straight down to the bottom like in a pool. Those beaches are divi, baby beach, the beach by the light house and a few more I can’t think of at

Beautiful beach, very clean, lots of shade under trees that line the beach. Not crowded. We ate at Zucchini and had a great meal, fantastic dessert! Not far to large grocery if you need supplies with free delivery. Nice walking path lines the beach. Quiet, far from the rowdier Palm Beach. This is our third visit in three years.

If your favorite things are swimming in the warm and gentle ocean, taking long morning trolls on the fine, cool sand, watching gorgeous sunsets, and enjoying serene surroundings without loud noises and beach hawkers, Eagle Beach in Aruba is a very special place for families and for all ages!

Eagle beach is gorgeous. I have been comimg for 6 years!
Eagle beach is gorgeous. I have been comimg for 6 years! It would be more perfect if there wasn’t so many jet skis. They are so loud and causes the water to be very choppy for swimmers. I worry the new huge midsize hotel on eagle beach set to open 08/24 will make the beach too crowded and have even more jet skis on the water.
Arashi Beach is better for swimmers because there are no jet skis! The water is calmer that Eagle beach. But nothing beats a quiet sunset swim or early morning swim on Eagle!

I was travelling alone on business and ended up with a double room to my surprise.
I personally prefer to open a door in the evening, close a mosquito net screen and switch off aircon. Perhaps have a fan running. No fan installed.
The hotel is nice, it’s fairly new. The hotel offers a beach shuttle. We had various problems during our stay and the staff was not able to help ONCE. The staff was rude, petty, and extremely not professional. We booked a double room with a kitchen and when we arrived we were told the room did not exist and we were given a room without a kitchen. Our room also had an extreme mold smell, we asked the staff to do something about the smell, nothing was done. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay there again.
The suite was very beautiful, silent and clean (Ms. Sonia was excellent!). The breakfast was great (we tried both options, à-la-carte and buffet, both were delicious). The hotel was just a short walk away from the beach (there was also a free shuttle with Mr Santos, very nice guy!) and from most of the restaurants/stores of Palm Beach. The concierge was very helpful and she always had a great smile on her face.
super resort.
beautiful eagel beach within 3-4 min walking distance.
Appartement large and very well equipped.
Hotel offers a varied programme during the day. Large pool area
Hotel staff super friendly and in a good mood
Next door huge supermarket where you can stock up on daily necessities
Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood
Connection by bus to Orjanested
Boardwalk Boutique Hotel Aruba was better than we even imagined it would be! The room was spotless, the pool was beautiful and it was just a short walk to the beach (or you can take the beach shuttle). You can easily reserve a palapa via the front desk for the next day. We had an incredible stay and can't wait to stay at Boardwalk Boutique Hotel Aruba again in the future!
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel was only a few steps from the beach, you can literally see the ocean from your room if your on the top level. MVC was also super quiet and so quaint. The breakfast was perfect! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who goes to Aruba!
Lovely, quiet hotel with a relaxing pool and patio. The staff were amazing and truly helpful with all requests. The food and drinks were excellent for lunch, we did not get the opportunity to try the breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to amenities, but make sure you only try to cross roads where there are crosswalks!
It is a new and convenient place for spending some days in Aruba, for a very affordable rate. We will repeat. Very close to everywhere (with a rented car) and the price and quality were wonderful. Aruba is a very expensive island and this accommodation is perfect is you are not looking for an "all included" hotel.
Location location the best ! Clean hotel our room very clean prompt service when cleaning only used 3 times but great! Great coffe bar beach bar very nice ! Nice workers all over security awesome front desk great !!
Great pools ! Very safe awesome beach access ! So close to sooo much
Best selling point was location, while not being as expensive as other hotels next door for relatively the same beach.
The buffet food was good. I've read reviews elsewhere that the food was not great but I was really happy with it. It met the standard.
I liked the whole experience. The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the people that worked there were very friendly and helpful. I always felt very safe and I will for sure return to this hotel in the future.
the breakfast was great, you can have a different option each day. The hotel also has a private transportation to Eagle beach and Palm beach at 10 am and then they pick you up there at 3 pm, so you dont have to pay an extra taxi
The location is perfect for us, this was our third stay. Adults only adds to the enjoyment of the hotel. The pool area is great. Renovations look great.
The location was excelent, near the best hotels of Aruba. We were around 5 minuntes to the beach walking, The pool is nice with many chairs and a hammok
