Not the greatest Breakfast we have had.
The whole property was wonderfully well maintained, the rooms cleanliness was incredible, the staff over all were always willing to help, sort out issues, if any.
The little statues and made up themes were such a wonderful change and fitted in with the whole ambiance.
There was one of the ladies in the Restaurant, her name was Natasha, she made up for the below "What didn't you like" extremely helpful, nothing was an issue, but it did take time which was not her fault. The people in Reception were very helpful and professional.
The person who was driving the Golf Cart, unless you have more than one, he was of average height, did not get his name, lets just say wow...amazing.

Very friendly locals, excellent trustworthy taxi driver (Kenny - I made use of him all the time I was there and he was on time, very knowledgeable, pointed out landmarks, chatted amiably, informed - an excellent conversationalist - and I think very fair with his fares.
I found the city incredibly clean and free of garbage. This is exceptional and I cannot say the same about the capital cities of South Africa, unfortunately. My people can learn from the citizens of Botswana.

The pula was more to rands and when i looked at my statement i was not happy :( i think our rands should do better. The people around are friendly and help full. Riverwalk mall not bad at all, we had our meals and bought the snacks too at pick 'n pay. We went for a game drive at Mokolodi Nature Reserve, it is easy to drive around. Next time i need to bring more money and be prepared, as i was not ready for how expensive it was :)

Gabs has when cheerful people.
Gabs has when cheerful people. It's an affordable city, transport costs are affordable. Don't bring USD notes before 2009. Loved Table50Two at iTowes in CBD and also enjoyed Avani. Bring light clothing in summer.

what I love most about the city is how safe it is, the people are generally very helpful and speak English. There are a few sight seeing hot spots, but the best place to spend the afternoon is at Main Mall, it has artists, music, food and everything in between. There are also 2 nature reserves in the outskirts of the city and a botanical garden that I loved.
This is one of, if not the best hotel to stay at in CBD in my opinion. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are of decent size and quality. If you are looking for a gym, the one in the hotel only has a few dumbbells and cardio machines, but there is a gym across the street that is well-equipped. Breakfast is generally good, I recommend getting your choice made to order. In terms of location, it does not get much better if you're planning on staying in the CBD. Taxis are generally easily available.
Friendly accommodating staff. It was easy to arrange for a free late check out. I have visited the President Hotel several times over the last few years. two years ago the menu and food was excellent, last year below standard but this time the menu and quality was almost back to what it was formerly. Rooms are spacious with a large writing desk. Compared to similar hotels in the centre of Gaborone good value for money.
I liked specifically the location of the property. It is well situated, not too far yet not too close to Gaborone. It is very easy to connect with activities nearby. The boat cruise by far was the most thing I enjoyed in the whole Botswana.
The owner Mike is such an incredible person. Very nurturing and welcoming. He catered to our every need and we felt like family.
Gorgeous place to stay with an incredible host. Grateful that we had a pet friendly place to stay while traveling through Botswana.
I upgraded my room when I arrived and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
The room was spacious and the beds comfortable and clean.
I will definitely make my way back if I ever travel through Botswana again.
The location is central to Gaborone and all places around quite accessible. The Room was big and has a separate bedroom to the Lounge and Kitchenette. Plus, a Balcony with a wonderful view of the CBD and beyond.
The Bedroom had an open plan Bathtub with a closed off shower, and separate toilet.
The hotel was great but the staff was even better. Tumi, Didi, and Fifi made me feel like I was part of their family and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are GREAT. The entire staff were the most helpful, caring people I've been around. Top Notch!
Host and his family were very friendly and they welcomed me. He always tried to help me.
Price is incredible😄
He always tried to make fun. He is fun guy. 20 pula for breakfast and He cooks very well.
His spouse is No1 beauty of Gaborone.
This was an emergency visit that family had to make to Gaborone at short notice. The ease of booking and the hospitality at Town Lodge, Airport Junction made it a seamless visit. Thanks to all the staff who assisted.
This hotel is located right by the city centre and near a mall which is incredibly convenient. The staff is really kind and friendly , they are eager to help with any problem you might have during your stay
Enjoyed the pool and the hotel is next to a big mall/shopping complex and felt safe. Breakfast wasn't that bad as included with the price but would benefit from updating the dinning area and furniture
The guesthouse is in a centric location near the CBD.it is very clean and the staff are super professional and helpful.Mr karabo was so helpful and really helped us when we needed information.
I liked the amenities in the room . The location is in the new CBD very safe and the parking very sacure everything from doors to lifts was by sensor which makes it very safe
