It was the quality of a motel six or 8 for $350 a night. The rooms were very, very basic. The towels were thin, and there were no other amenities in the room. We asked if we could buy a bottle of water downstairs, but they didn’t have any. They said the top water was drinkable.
We were staying in this area to be close to family.
We were staying in this area to be close to family. Guests should know it’s a quiet suburb about 30-40 mins drive from Vancouver, but only moments to the BC ferry terminal going to the islands. The town itself is quiet, but there is great beach access and trails to explore along Boundary Bay area, and certainly decent shopping and enough restaurants that trips to downtown Vancouver aren’t necessary.
Aileen’s house was just terrific for our purposes!

So much to do and see in Delta!
So much to do and see in Delta! I found a great thrift store, as well as the Krispy Kreme donut flagstone shop! So many fabulous South Asian restaurants, as well as a mix of other types too.
Many malls with everything from Winners to Walmart.
Found some fabulous textiles, as I’m a textile artist.
I thoroughly enjoyed Delta.

We stayed in this location because it was close to the ferry...
We stayed in this location because it was close to the ferry. We had to pick up family over the border and this location was close enough to the border and minutes away from the ferry, which made it perfect for us!
This is a great house with a nice kitchen and yard. We were attending a conference in Downtown Vancouver and originally thought this place may be too far away to stay, but it was only a 35-45 min Uber ride directly to our conference centre and didn't feel far away at all.
It was so nice to stay in a mature neighbourhood and there are lots of shops, restaurants, and 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Would 100% stay here again. You have found a gem in this rental!
We had a wonderful time at Muchen Villa with my family. The hotel manager, TED, was extremely kind and attentive. The hotel itself was very clean, with comfortable beds, lovely bedding, and soft pillows. Its location, just 10 minutes from the terminal, was very convenient, and we felt at home during our two-day stay. We will definitely be returning there again.
super clean, amazing rooms and so happy about the healthy breakfast with gluten free options, amazing quinoa oatmeal, almond milk,…. if you have dietary restrictions, you are so often left out and loved that this hotel made an extra effort to provide delicious food.
Absolutely loved landing here with my family to rest after a long travel from Europe!
the host and his family is very friendly and offering their whole support. The tidyness of the house and room is far above North American 3-star hotel standards and therefor very positively accepted.
the fridge in the entry hall is a little different, but no problem at all.
There honestly anything great about the place it was false advertising entirely the place is run down and has been poorly renovated. "Resort Style" definitely not it's a overpriced "shack in surrey" I should have got a hotel.
The casino was fun and clean and lively.
The entrance ID a scanning (casino) was new to
Us but a great idea.
The pool and hot tub was perfect and lots of access to
Large towels.
The hotel
Was VERY clean and welcoming.
The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated having a proper dining table to eat at in the main area. Do be aware this is more of a home than a hotel. Some may like that, some may not.
easy to find the hotel. I was booked for 2 nights but the second day they didn’t clean up my room and
when I checked out I forgot my Apple Watch the hotel called me to let me know.. thanks for that.
Very clean bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Beautiful and big garden and patio. Quiet and comfortable environment. Nice and friendly host. Very close to ferry pier to Victoria. Must visit again!
The room was massive and had everything you could ever want or need from a hotel room. And the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
