This hotel is located in the heart of Berlin,100 metres from Friedrichstraße Train Station. Leonardo Hotel Berlin Mitte offers free WiFi.

Everything was great. Room and bathroom were big enough. Floors, bed sheets, towels were clean. I am a bit picky about pillows and did not have any problem. Bed was comfortable enough. Room was equipped with mini fridge and expresso machine. As I see, room cleaning was being performed daily. I don't know about restaurant or bar because I didn't have chance to try.

This city is an amazing European capital.

This city is an amazing European capital. Starting with the fact that it is really really clean compared to other capitals (especially in the center), it is quite organised. The public transport is well developed and helps you reach any destination, but you might still need to walk a lot to reach more destinations in a single day. It offers an endless repertoire of history, architecture, art, food from anywhere around the world, cultures, etc. Additionally, it is extremely green, with lots of parks and big beautiful trees everywhere. Overall, it’s a really well-cared for city and people are also really nice (with some exceptions for sure). Please, note that public transport may result quite expensive, especially if tickets are bought for single rides. It is much better getting a 24 hour ticket valid for the areas you’re interested in (A + B, B + C or A + B + C).

Great transportation system around Berlin, lots to see and do. We didn't stay long enough to visit all we wanted to see. We didn't realise that a lot of the restaurants only take cash but luckily were close to a cash machine the first time we were caught out. We also didn't realise that most of the shops are closed on a Sunday in Berlin - I think this is useful info to know.

Berlin has a lot for everyone.

Berlin has a lot for everyone. History and monuments, nightlife and restaurants, strolls and picnics - whichever mode of passing your time you prefer, they have it there. Getting about is a breeze using the city's maginificent public transport and you'll feel safe virtually wherever you go. Besides, while traversing the city, you'll unwittingly learn a thing or two about its rich and often painful history. That's an added value.

As in all hotels now breakfast is too expensive, I used a little cafe on the corner. Shame some leisure facilities were closed due to Covid. Getting around was easy trams buses stop outside the hotel. Berlin Hbf station walkable or tram, where you can get to anywhere in Germany. Also purchase the 9euro travel ticket app, it’s available through the summer months, travel all over Germany with this ticket. Front bedrooms a little noisy with trams etc, but a/c was good & the windows kept the room quiet. But it was a great spot.

We regularly stay here, as we like the hotel (friendly/helpful, clean, comfy) and the location (close to the Kudamm, Savigny Platz, Breitscheid Platz and Bahnhof Zoo). In addition, (a good) breakfast is included in the price, which isn't the case in many other hotels in Berlin/Germany these days. There can be some noise from the trains going past, with the S-Bahn track (also used by "normal" trains) running quite close to some of the rooms, but the sound insulation is pretty good.

Hostel is really clean, all the rules are pretty straightforward, co-hosts were nice. It was really calm considering I was in a room with 10 other random people :) Location is close to city centre, with Berlin public transport you can get anywhere fast (subway station is right in front of the hotel). Befor checkin I was in touch with hostel via this app, they allways replyied fast, so the communication was pretty smooth. You 100% get what you're paying for, would book there again!

Perfect solution if you want to stay in a good central location in Berlin for an exceptionally cheap price. If I somehow got a normal single hotel room for that price I would prefer it, but that's not doable, Perfect for someone who is willing to put up with sleeping in a cramped capsule rather than paying 30-50 Euros more for a normal-sized hotel room in such a good location. Very helpful and friendly staff. They take you to your capsule and explain everything clearly.

Recommended!!! First of all very nice and cooperative stuff 😊. Everything was great. 3 stars in Germany is probably more than 5 stars in many other countries. The place is near several attractions and metro. There is a very good breakfast. We also ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant ( With reasonable price). I liked the design of the hotel, in which every floor's decoration is taken from a different Grimm's brothers legend.

Perfect for short stays. Very near to the subway station and the bus stop. One of the very few hotels in Germany with air conditioning. A good, clean, comfortable under 100€ hotel. I have stayed here before as it's a good quality and entirely reliable city centre hotel in Berlin. Rooms are comfortable and, on the canal side, quiet. Its right next to a U-Bahn station, although not one on an especially convenient line. The embedded restaurant, which appears to be under separate management, is very good.
