I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

The rest of the staff were rather helpful too. The rooms were very neat and clean. Shuttle service from the airport and back to the airport can be arranged by a phone call after you land. But just message them beforehand. The hotel is like 10mins away and is in an ideal for transit. The breakfast spread was good value. There are also restaurants around within walking distance and open up to late. Highly recommended.MuruganMalaysia

I misread the information and thought the airport shuttles run to the airport from 4am-11pm, however it was 4am-11am. The staff at the hotel were very helpful & went out of their way and arranged a free airport shuttle at 9pm to the airport, after my mistake. The bus from the airport is 8 Euro with one change. Taxi from airport to hotel is 20 Euro (this is the minimum for a taxi service). It's about 2-3 km away, so technically you can walk from the airport, we didn't since we had lots of bags. Also, the property's land is tranquil, we enjoyed a meal on their veranda.KathleenUnited States

I enjoyed the conversation with the hotel owner - he told me about his travels and hobbies - which he describes in exhibits in the main lobby. There was a very nice restaurant a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

Better book the shuttle to the airport as soon as you arrive at the hotel as the shuttle bus only for 6-7 people/trip/hour.
