Great location for the beach and bars. A gorgeous marina area to the left of the hotel along the well paved promenade.
We were half board and the evening meal was good with a bistro part that cooked a range of fresh meat and fish to order. You weren't restricted to how many pieces either. Salad bar was good. Breakfast was also great with English and continental options available (including black pudding which is super rare)
Room was lovely and we had a nice view of the pool. Beds comfortable with a small fridge provided and bottled water on arrival.
The hotel bar provided the best mojito we could find.
Off-site the beach sun beds were very reasonable at €4 each.
I would definitely stay there again

Playa Blanca is the newest, and arguably quietest, large resort on Lanzarote, which makes it popular with families. It is partially sheltered from the Atlantic winds by the dormant Montaña Roja volcano, and volcanic rock lines its sandy beaches which are spread around a bay.
There are 3 main beaches: Playa Dorada which is popular for watersports, Playa Blanca – the most peaceful, and Playa Flamingo which is overlooked by shops, bars and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. Further east the long stretches of sand give way to the rocky Papagayo Coves whose beautiful scenery is depicted on many a postcard.
A promenade linking the 3 beaches is lined with luxury hotels and resorts available on Booking.com, many offering all inclusive options and some even have their own water park. There are also lots of cheap apartments and private villas in Playa Blanca, some of which overlook Marina Rubicon. The Castillo de las Colorados watchtower sits on a rugged piece of headland looking across the Atlantic Ocean towards the hilly terrain of Fuerteventura.
Ferries to this neighbouring Canary Island depart from just across the bay and offer beautiful views back across the whitewashed buildings towards the mountains behind Playa Blanca.

Great place, long promenade along the coast.
Great place, long promenade along the coast. Montana Roja is a good walk/climb and great views. Good choice of restaurants in the main town. Bus to and from the airport (161) is cheap and frequent, takes about 1 hour. Bodega Colonial, pork cheek!!, Sergio Aubergine dish was lovely, great restaurants in PB central. Beaches are clean 😁

Beautiful town, very clean, locals very friendly and great with kids. Restaurants are fantastic and great choice, also very reasonably price and great quality in most. Alcohol is much cheaper too. There’s lots of beaches to choose which are all sandy and child friendly too as they are shallow and calm, apart from dorada beach which gets waves now and then from the bigger boats coming in. Most kids like that though as they find it fun. The marina is lovely and lots of restaurant’s but I personally preferred the restaurant’s on the front near the beaches as I found the food better and not as expensive.

Playa Blanca is a lovely place with great restaurants and beaches. Perfect for families as it's busy enough without being too crowded. We stayed just 10 minutes walk from Rubicon Marina where there are some lovely restaurants such as Lani's which has live music and is right on the water. If you want a table right at the waters edge at a specific restaurant, I'd suggest booking but if inside is your preference, then most take walk-ins depending on the time you head out for dinner.

We liked the marina area for eating out and walks.
We liked the marina area for eating out and walks. We ate at some good restaurants in various parts of Playa Blanca, we enjoyed the Casa Rosa and went there twice. Excellent fish and good service.
It was easy to walk all around the resort, we didn’t have a car but everything was nearby, good supermarkets, shops, restaurants.

We usually stay in purto del carmen , but we thought we would try somewhere different. Playa Blanca is lovely but a bit too quite for me
There are some lovely restaurants but the night life was too quite.
Great self check in, staff, big room and balcony, swimming pools, close to walk to the beach Playa Dorada (better beach than Playa Blanca) and to the board walk of Playa Blanca. Long board walk where we can go walking to Marina Rubicon and hiking to Punta del Papagayo (6-7 km). When we had an issue (robbery in Teide mirador in Tenerife island, small ants in the room) they helped us fast. There are 2 sections in the hotel, one relax for adults, and another for families with children.
It was a very nice and pleasant stay overall. Our family spent 8 days at this hotel and we've got a lot of positive emotions.
Key advantages: amazing location with quick access to the Playa Blanca beach, fantastic heated pools for adults and children, good facilities, a lot of entertainment for the kids including nursery and playing rooms, reach and versatile breakfast, excellent service and pleasant staff. Free WiFi with top-notch connectivity and coverage. Keep it up!
What did we like - everything - it was amazing, so homely, comfortable.
The reception staff were incredible.
The whole complex is immaculate, the cleaners, the maintenance staff, residents everyone there is just incredible.
Villas have everything you need - coffee makers, every kind of cooking utensil - we were completely at home.
We had spent the 1st week of our holidays in a hotel and we were so sorry we could only spend 2 weeks in Casas it was just brilliant 😊
Just back from a week here and we had a lovely time. Spotless and spacious. Private pool was great. The villa is 10 minutes to the supermarket .....15 minutes to Lani's restaurant at the Rubicon marina where you can get a really nice breakfast/lunch.....what ever you fancy...lots of choices. Another 15 minutes and you are in the center of Playa Blanca. You can get a taxi from the villa into Playa Blanca for €3.50 and there are plenty of them.
Very large but well-maintained hotel in an excellent sea-front and quiet location. Nice balcony with sunrise and sunset views. Very close to a good sandy beach (Flamingo beach) that can be reached with a short walk along the coast. Good breakfast and dinner options with typical and gala night. The evening entertainment was of a good level. Excellent wi-fi both in the common areas and in the room. Helpful and smiling staff.
Great hotel only 2kms or so outside Playa Blanca main area but easily accessible via a lovely promenade walk and €5 for a taxi if need be.
Situated on the coast so it was great just to step outside the gates by the pool area to get to the promenade.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Very good options for breakfast including a gluten free range where needed. Would definitely visit again.
Perfect location next to the marina, restaurants, shops. Lovely walk along the seaside promenade into the old town area. Clean, quiet and relaxed. I believe the hotel was full, but you would never have known. Plenty of loungers for enjoying the pristine pool area. Our balcony faced onto the pool. Gorgeous at night. Delighted with the coffee maker. Kitchen well-stocked.
Nice , well equipped apartment . Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is situated approximately a 40 minute walk from the centre of playa blanca and a 30 minute walk from playa flamingo. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and the pool. Some nice restaurants nearby if you don’t want to go into the centre.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is spread over a large area so generally doesn't feel too crowded. Adults only area was quiet. Room was spacious and clean. Location was quiet, approx 30 minute walk along the coast into Playa Blanca
Wonderful Hotel, you can reach Playa Blanca in few minutes by car. Breakfast and dinner buffet with a great selection of food, you can choose cold dishes or they can prepare to you at the moment. In the evening you can enjoy a mojito with good music si the piano bar in the hotel.
Location was perfect for the Rubicon Marina or a short walk in the other direction to the centre of Playa Blanca
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel was modern and stylish we had a junior suite which was very comfortable and spacious
Everything was just superb. I loved the breakfast, the spectacular view from the room, the proximity to the sea wall walkway, friendly staff, and all the nice places to wander around and hang out inside the hotel complex. I'll definitely be back.
Location of the hotel within the town of Playa Blanca is perfect, right on the promenade, behind lively marina with lot of restaurants. A small mall with a supermarket is right next to the hotel, which is also a big advantage.
The central location in Playa Blanca was perfect for us. I was rehabilitating my foot after recent surgery so having all amenities close by was very satisfactory for us.
