Noise by other guests was not acceptable and no action was taken by the owner. Breakfast was ok Male staff are a little tired we think. A bit touchy if not approached deferentially. Location very good for train bus and tram. The girl on reception was very helpful. The jaccuzxi was good. The garden needs attentiin, so too the seating and tables.

Personell is very friendly and helpful: I would say quality personell. The location of the appartment plus the parking-space available is nice. The room and included shower is good. Nothing luxurious, it get's the job done, which it's all about if you ask me.
