Very clean, stylish attractive decor. The room was smallish, but all that was needed. Excellent shower, comfy bed. Easy access, freedom to arrive late/early. Spacious shared kitchen/dining area, very well stocked. Chris very helpful and welcoming. Lounge area too.

They didn’t serve breakfast The hotel was clean but very very basic 1 nowhere in the bathroom to put your toilet bag on only one chair in the bedroom 2 after 2 days we asked for clean towels which they gave us but left the used ones in the bathroom.We ate there a couple of nights and had no complaints about the food but the noise in the bar o Saturday was horrendous yes there were 2 cup finals on but why in the evening with a busy bar they needed 3 televisions and on top of that a jutebox roaring out music People were shouting to each other to be heard over the noise We definitely would not choose to go back

If you want a quiet place to stay then this is it ....Totally silent which is what we like.
The hosts Karolyn and Chris are really friendly and make you very welcome
As mentioned by previous guests the breakfasts are v good and the idea of an honesty bar is a boon .........Sit by the open fire ( which Chris tops up as the evening goes on) and crash out.
Bed was very comfortable -Slept like a log.
