The manager ensured that we felt comfortable, warm and welcome from our first steps into the Pine Martin. Kind, proficient, and efficient service characterised our stay. Our room (family of four) was spotlessly clean and spacious. We had dinner in the pub and everyone loved their meal. The bar/catering staff made the stay much better than the quality of the room and venue. The younger staff need to take a leaf from the cocktail bar senior person who was extremely helpful and resolved the only issue I had with real character.
