Bathroom had cracked and stained Floor Tiles.
I informed Reception Staff and asked for Maintenance Staff. The Maintenance Manager
checked my Room and offered me a different decent Room.

Ideal location, literally across the street from Canning Town Station.
The staff were friendly and approachable on arrival and the room was clean and comfortable. Could have benefited from an iron in the room but not a big problem. The room was also very quiet and couldn't really hear the hustle and bustle of the road and street outside.
Breakfast had a lovely selection and was delicious and hot including some scrummy warm pastries!
Upon leaving the staff member was so lovely and warming and offered to leave out luggage, which we would have gladly accepted if it had fit in with out plan.
Overall lovely stay and would stay again!
