Bellavista is a very beautiful property that has an outdoor seating area, is steps away from the beach, and offers daily cleaning. The property also offers breakfast daily. The front desk is available 24/7 and was always pleasant! The hotel is centrally located in Ostia, which is roughly 15min by car from Rome. There are restaurants and small grocery stores walking distance from the hotel, as well.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. The number 5 bus stop was across the road from the apartment which stopped across from the train station which took you into Rome. The beach was a walk away with plenty of facilities. Ostia is ok. The beaches are mostly private and you have to pay , they stop you to go in. There are couple areas pubic. It’s close to Fiumicino so it’s convenient to take a taxi…25euro. It is a very nice area especially when the weather is sunny and hot. There are many nice places to eat and drink either by the seaside or elasewhere. It is very enjoyable to walk around the area and enjoy the excellent sea view.

We had a clean room with a nice view of the area and a private bathroom. I also appreciated having a dining area where you can have a coffee and relax on the small balcony. And I can't say enough good things about Noemi, who was super personable, helpful, and responsive to our questions and concerns, and even arranged a trip to the airport for us. I highly recommend this place if you're coming to Lido di Ostia!

There is nearby grocery store, pizzeria. Apartments fully correspond to the photo. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a single bed. We arrived very late, however Erika met us and checked us in without problems.

They even provided a nice breakfast and coffee even if was not included in the advert. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, fully equipped, situated close to the beach and restaurants. The Lido Centro trains station is 10 min away and from there you get to the center of Rome in 30 min.
