Location is great! Located about A3 or 4 minute walk from the JR station in Narita city...a 240 yen train ride (less than 10 minutes) from the basement in the airport.
Despite the single bed thing, the room was fine though small (that's pretty standard in Japan) and the people were helpful and nice. Frankly, an ideal option for resting up after a long flight before taking on the rest of one's travels or wanting to avoid a long commute to the airport to start a trip
