Reception was there during late time so we could stay after ferry :) Room was clean and bed comfy. Location - central for those who values it. For us with a car is was rather inconvenient. Minimalistic kitchen, but I'm grateful it was available.

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was great as we were able to walk to the harbour area and there was a shopping strip with restaurants close by. The accommodation offered secure parking. Each of the staff members we interacted with were friendly and professional.

The area was exceptional, as it was in an area with little loud noise but still very close to the CBD. The service was as great as you'd expect for a hotel of this price as well, but nothing you'd write home about. Extremely comfortable beds, and even the singles were big enough for someone who's 6 foot. Language inclusive as well with European languages around the staff. Very good for disabled folk if you're in a wheelchair only if you stay in the hotel; if leaving it can be an issue especially if you're preparing to go outside down the hills, but this is an issue that is common in Wellington.
