Very close to Burlingame which is a good place to visit to spend some extra time between flights. There is a nice boardwalk with easy access from the hotel which has a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding area. The dining room serves a simple but acceptable evening meal.

There’s no breakfast and the guilty it’s the COVID measure’s. Every restaurant in the city is open so this excuse isn’t plausible.
The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.

Everything about this hotel is bad. Staff, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast etc. everything is bad. A/c or heater disnt work. I called for help. They sent the cleaning guy to tell me that it doesn’t work and I have to wait until the end of long weekend.

The hotel was fine.
The hotel was fine. But the shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza. Yangon - Burmese food, is outstanding; I have eaten there many times. Centro Pizza has really good authentic Napalese thin-crust, wood-fired pizza. It is located near San Francisco Airport via shuttle bus, and quite clean to stay. Good breakfast. However, the sound of the airplane taking off and landing is noisy. The sea view from the room is nice. However, the parking fee is $20/day, which looks quite expensive.

Even my family stayed fir only 1 night, I would say we felt very welcome to the hotel. The proximity to the airport is excellent. The view is amazing, and if you are a fan of planes, you can walk by the bay and watch those big birds arriving and departing from the airport. The room is very clean too. The hotel is very rundown, but the room was renovated and very comfortable Crispy clean sheets and towels Air was stale and it was clear there was a lot of smoking in the room. The hotel is in need of a good cleaning or carpets replacement. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows.

The room is great and the staff are courteous. Loved the breakfast buffet, especially that pancake making machine. My brother fell ill during our stay and thank goodness the souvenir shop in the hotel was well-stocked with medication for common illnesses.
