They could not accommodate us and there were no other open availability’s at the one other hotel in the area. We were there for a competition. I reached out to the hotel with a lengthy email and they were not able to help me other than offer a better rate if I go back to that location only. Which I will never be doing. The room and bathroom both were very clean and spacious. We were across the street from the outdoor mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice and friendly! We could connect our Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts to the TV to stream movies. We will definitely visit this hotel again!!

I requested a room on the first floor and the staff definitely came through with that request. I enjoyed my stay and will stay in Collierville at this exact hotel everytime I come to visit the Memphis/Southaven area.

We stayed there for my boyfriend's birthday and they accommodated me the whole time we was there. The facility looks amazing. The hot tub and pool area was clean as well!!
