Great location! The hotel is very central, close to everything in Midtown. It was very accessible, with a great connection nearby. The room was correct (very very small but as expected). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has 2 bars, one on the 1st floor, and a rooftop. The rooftop was great, open in the morning, and became a bar in the afternoon. Coffee is free (not tasty), and you can buy some breakfast stuff, or go around the hotel; there are plenty of options.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, it was clean and had a great bathroom/shower. The bonus was a bean-to-cup coffee machine and terrace on the 27th floor with amazing views! As soon as we asked if it would be possible to have a fridge in our room, it arrived! We also loved the twin beds in the rooms - not easy to find in NYC!

This hotel was great. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms were cozy and the housekeeping absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel makes it absolutely perfect for exploring New York. Nice pubs nearby - especially Pete Dillons and also many places with good breakfasts. If we return to New York, we would love to stay here again!
