I reserved a room I received my email with my confirmation the guy at the front desk said he could not find it he act really nonshalant as if it didn't matter I called the 3 rd party I booked through booking tried calling the hotel several times he refused to answer the phone and stayed in the back office until my Uber picked me up it was really unfair and inconsiderate I was very tired just got in town
