We actually did not stay the night. When we arrived the person at the counter explained that there was no hot water due to an equipment failure.

We ate at the Seafood Shack!!! I did not like the wait staff at the Seafood Shack, The waitress was rude and they tried to overcharge us for our meal!!! Then she got another waitress that came and tried to make like she was the manager!!! But she was not!!!
Yes it is very easy to get around Marion!!
I will avoid going to The Seafood Shack!!!

The price was the only thing that I was offput about and the breakfast menu; should have had a protein, you need that to start a big day. No bacon or sausage after paying over $200. for a night stay. But bed was comfy and room was clean.

I liked how the man at the front desk helped me out after driving 8 hours the hotel I originally booked over booked and didn’t have my room available I was upset by the time I arrived at your establishment but the man was so nice and I was so grateful for him I live in Ohio and I will definitely be back in nvember
Nothing. Not a single good thing. I was driving to texas and had booked this hotel to rest since it was pet friendly. I decided to keep driving as I felt my belongings and personal safety was at stake. Also, it is not a hotel, it is a motel filled with the underworld.
Was the last room available at about 9:30 at night. All of the chain type hotels were full. I was able to get this room and get some rest after driving many hours. The breakfast was typical, but good, hot and fresh. The staff were all very friendly.
There was no hotel room, there was no breakfast. Only a clerk who refused to take my Priceline reservation while being exceptionally rude about it. She is very much in need of guest relations classes.
Customer service. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed cleaned and neat. I also liked the indoor pool and fitness center.
