I travel frequently. I would like to give them 5 stars, the facilities, the breakfast, everything excellent. But! Something happened and the hotel should take action. After checking out, my son left his airpods and we watched through the pager. We returned to the hotel at the reception. They very kindly let us go up because the cleaning supervisor was there. When we arrived and walked in, the pager indicated he was there, the supervisor indicated there was nothing and was leaving. Looking at the locator, he was also moving next to her. I approached her and told her what had happened. She told me I have nothing and she left. The tracker indicated that she was moving away just like her. Wow. … I reported it to reception and they told me they would investigate but it stayed that way. This is how the cleaning supervisor stole my Airpods. It was today, Monday at 12:30 pm in room #520. The hotel should select its staff better because it can happen to someone else too, and they should educate them so that they do not appropriate what does not belong to them and understand that every digital event has a locator! For this reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Upset!

The room we were first given was handicap and I did NOT request. A supervisor checked us in and said nothing. It smelled like a stale pee pot. We went back to desk and got a change. It different rep checked us in.
