The hosts met us at the door and were wonderful throughout our stay. Jenny made us beautiful home baking (e.g. chicken parcels) every couple of days. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The property was immaculate and we will definitely be returning next year once we can confirm flights!

The location was great if you like privacy. A great view. Great host and stuff. Nice place if you want to visit the Ionian coast. Perdika has a few great stores with all the necessities. You don't have to take much stuff with you, if any. The appliances are new (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, ...) and the villa has a fresh modern look.

The accomodation is on a perfect location with a sea view from the terrace. It is not far from the city, it takes just 3 minutes by car. It is fully equipped (the kitchen, the bathroom...), all rooms are air conditioned. The furnitures are brand new, and looks as it is on the pictures. The place is absolutely a chill out one. The owner is frendly and very helpful. We arrived very late at night, but he was waiting for us. He filled the fridge with some vegetables, water, juice and with lots of other things.... We have never seen such a good, beautiful accomodation, and that as he was waiting for us. We were totally satisfied.

Excellent villa with a spacious, clean and beautiful rooms with breathtaking views (It looks better than in the pictures on the site). The host was discreetly close to us and always kind and happy to provide us with high quality services. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, oven and electric hob. All cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and other useful utensils were very clean and functional. The refrigerator was loaded with drinks and food - wine, beer, ouzo, butter, honey, bread, ham, cheese and more. Washing machine (include washing liquid too) iron board, iron and hair dryer. Everything was on point! Wide terraces with comfortable furniture, where you welcome the day with a cup of hot aromatic coffee. The cleaning was done every two days. Perfect location for exploring beautiful beaches and villages the Sivota bay available in minutes by car. We really enjoyed our stay in Théa Boutique Villa in Sivota! Highly recommended!
