We were impressed by the luxouriosly furnished spacious interior of the villa, with the dining-living room glass-walls opening to the front terrace with a swimming-pool (heated). And a small, cosy sauna is located at the ground floor too, with direct exit to the terrace and the pool. The in-house wine-cellar is offering delicious domestic wine. In the first floor, apart from the 4 elegant, spacious bedrooms with modern, open bathroom-facilities, there is also a fitness room. The hosts were very friendly and caring, looking after our well-being as if we were family. They contacted us prior to arrival to arrange everything about our reception. Upon arrival, they showed us around the villa and explained the technical issues. They took care of every detail, even salt, vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee, dish-washer tabs, fresh sponges and cloths for the dishes. There was a wealth of cooking pots, modern plates, glasses, cutlery, and also a set of high quality knives. Apart from usual kitchen appliances there were a microvave, espresso machine, toaster - everything one may need. What impressed us additionally were the lovely arrangements of pralines which our hosts prepared as a welcome. And the Christmas decoration too. The location is stunning, overlooking the city of Zadar, the sea and the nearby islands. We had an exceptional experience enjoying the great view of the midnight fireworks at the start of 2024.

Really pleasant house with a stunning landscape. Pretty calm and soothing place. The house was tidy and clean and was well equiped. We were very well received by the owner who even offered us some organic vegetables from his garden.

We went as a family with 2 kids and LOVED absolutely EVERYTHING about this property! Amazing location, peaceful and quiet, but close enough to anything you’d want to visit. Beautiful house, super clean, awesome garden and swimming pool with super nice patio to chill during the day or night. Perfect for both families/couples or group of friends. And of course, amazing, amazing hosts, can’t thank them enough for everything! We will definitely be going back next summer :)

The villa is beautiful. Spacious living and kitchen with all appliances. Good bed and bathroom. Beds were good and the whole villa felt very luxurious. We had our own pool with sun beds, barbecue and terrace were we could eat. The hosts were very kind and went out of their way to give us a welcome feeling. They had information about the surroundings, were regularly checking in to see if everything was fine and responded very quickly to any question we had. We highly recommend Villa Voyage if you want to stay in Zadar or it’s vicinity.

A few minutes walk to the beach and the sea is really clean but take river shoes as it’s rocky. The location feels safe and friendly. Using the Bolt app for taxies meant that getting in and out of central Zadar (some days were too hot to walk) was cheaper for two than a short ride on a London bus. It’s a quick walk to a lovely restaurant, a big supermarket and Zadar bus station.
