Bungalows was super clean, they have hot water in bathroom also heating light to keep you warm in winter time. I love the heating pad on bed, so carefull they are. Breakfast is included. Strongly recommend!

- My family and I had an AMAZING stay here. One of our party is physically disabled and they upgraded us to a room that was closer and more accessible to the main lobby. - Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave many recommendations for activities, transport, food etc. They really did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. - Some of us only eat halal food or vegetarian food and the chef and kitchen really went the extra mile when it came to our dietary preferences. On the first day we weren't able to eat a lot of the 'hot dishes' in the breakfast buffet because they had meat. On the second day, the chef had prepared full dishes for us so that we could enjoy a full Vietnamese breakfast. It's one of the kindest and most thoughtful experiences I've had at a hotel. - Location is beautiful. When the weather was cold there's a beautiful mist surrounding the mountains and hotel. When the weather was warm, the sun shone very brightly and prettily across the landscape.

Good location, right next to Cat Cat village, beautiful view and lovely host family. The host Hieu and his family were so lovely and they made our stay the best Homestay experience ever. It’s very late, almost midnight when we arrived, the wife cooked a porridge soup for me when they knew I was sick of food poisoning from Hanoi. The way they cared and treated us made us feel like home and so warm. We joined the family dinner with them every night for 3 nights we staying there (we extended our stay for 2 more nights because of their warmth and kindness). The host gave us a lot of good local recommendations, took us on a motorbike tour around beautiful village roads, we traveled a bit far to experience the Dao’s herb bath which be my mom’s favorite activities there (worth it to try) We really felt thankful and lucky that we could stay at such a beautiful and peaceful Homestay, the room with beautiful mountain view in the morning, the rooftop is a big plus and we spent our chill evening watching the moon and Fansipan mountain ranges, it was amazing!!! Hieu, the host himself is a stone sculptor, we had a good time admiring his works at the lobby and could find the unique souvenirs for our family.

The bungalows are very cosy and came with a thick blanket and electric blanket for the winter months as well as hot water! The location is a little way outside of ta van which is lovely to immerse yourself in nature but they also provide moto transport for luggage from the main road and family dinners so that you don’t have to walk into town. I loved everything about my stay and would recommend to anyone!

Staff are so accommodative, sincere and go out of their way just to help. The bungalows and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Ricky and his team were just a WhatsApp away for anything we needed and made our stay there so memorable. The location is close to a lot of shops, amenities and yet just nice distance from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
