El lloc és molt tranquil, a prop del llac caminant menys de 5 minuts. No hi ha més cases al voltant, pel que no hi ha quasi soroll. La casa és molt acollidora. La nevera és gran per quatre persones, tot i que potser faltarien fogons (només n'hi ha dos).
