The staff were super friendly, had problems with the wifi but they solved it instantly without any hesitation. Totally recommend this villa!

The villa is within a gated community, hence it is safe and there are security guards patrolling the area often.

Had a great time being hosted by the owner himself - Victor. Great view and my friends and I certainly had fun utilising the space and made it like our own home! Victor greeted us at the Batam Center ferry terminal and brought us to the free pick up - which was great! everything was smooth and we certainly enjoyed it. Thank you Victor!
