Just a short walk to the supermarket. Easy access from road and awesome scenery with the unit facing the lake. We stayed in unit 11. Very clean with very good kitchen appliances. There's ensuite toilets in the 2 bedrooms on ground floor plus another common big toilet equipped with handicap commode. The 2nd level have more beds for a big family.

The view was out of this world. The water was cold and lovely blue. The mountains in the background added to the dramatic scene. The place itself was super quite and we felt like we are in the remote area of Norway. The key from the cabin with a small carved wooden fish was cute ☺️

Lofoten Cabins - Kåkern features free WiFi and units fitted with a kitchen and terrace All units come with a dishwasher, oven, a coffee machine, a toaster and kettle. The location was very convenient, near many hiking trails and other towns. Mikal was super helpful when we needed him. The apartment is well equipped and big enough for 2 people. The view from the apartment is great. We could park the car just in front which is convenient. Thank you!

Our friend lost a necklace at the property, the owner even drove to a restaurant near the highway to return it🥺🥺 Also, since there’s no light pollution around the place, we witnessed the northern light somewhere near the property! it’s a fantastic place to stay! highly recommended 😎
